What is Dartmoose?

It is just a domain name needed to host apps, APIs, and LTIs. Now If you believe in mythical creatures and/or have a creative mind, send us what else Dartmoose could be, and we might add it right!

For now these are the apps we have created or are working on:

Canvas is an LMS used at many higher ED and K-2 institutions. The interactions we provide are:

  • Automated date and time padding for each term based on unique configuration requirements for each school
  • Automated Cross-listing of courses as provided by Banner
  • Manual merging of courses based on input received from faculty/staff
  • An LTI that can provide "self-service" of many tools for faculty, TAs, and students

Many teams use Slack to have discussions around many topics. A custom Slack bot will alert user-defined Slack channels with helpdesk ticket information. Teams can interact and collaborate with their team around these tickets right from within Slack.

- - - TeamDynamix - - -

TeamDynamix offers IT services and project management. One such service is a ticketing platform. Our app integration provides a link between TeamDynamix and Slack and vice versa so that an improved workflow of handling daily tickets can take place within TeamDynamix and Slack.
